Established in 2000, ServiceLink is a statewide network of locally-administered, community-based resources for seniors, adults with disabilities and their families. There is never a cost related to using ServiceLink and it is available to anyone who needs assistance, advice or help with an issue relating to a senior member or disabled adult living in our commumity.

Every day, ServiceLink's 13 regional offices and 50 satellites receive phone calls and visits from caregivers, health care providers, family members, adults over 60 and adults living with disabilities. Some calls are over in five minutes, answering a question and directing the caller to the proper resources they need. Employees will also work with a client for up to three months to help him or her make the necessary connections. Each ServiceLink office is staffed by helpful and supportive employees. They are knowledgeable about the resources available within your local area and throughout New Hampshire, including:

...* Home-Care Services
...* Caregiver Support
...* Employment Issues
...* Financial/Retirement Planning
...* Wellness Education
...* Prescription Drug Options
...* Healthcare Benefits
...* Disease Management
...* Housing

ServiceLink can help you access resources you need to make informed choices and live independently in your community; make connections to those resources; become more involved through various volunteer opportunities and develop a healthier lifestyle
