AgeQuest, LLC provides assistance to adult children and family caregivers on New Hampshire's Seacoast who are bumping up against the challenges of aging. The Seacoast is blessed with excellent long-term care providers. We help families make the most of the resources available by providing assistance with needs assessment, planning, and help with implementation, monitoring and fine tuning as changes occur. We take a "coach" approach - tailoring our services to give the level of support our clients want. We meet in our office at worksites, in private homes, or extended care facilities.

Nancy Euchner has over 25 years experience in caring for the elderly in a variety of settings, a passion for working with the older people and their families, and a real understanding and respect for the challenges that caregivers face.

We are familiar with the long term care providers of the greater Seacoast area. Our network includes traditional providers, and also those with new ideas to provide practical help to elders and caregivers. If you have a need outside this area, we can use our contacts to link you up with someone who can help.

Our services start with a phone call or e-mail. Initial consultation (by phone or in our office) is provided free of charge. If you are missing work or losing sleep over eldercare concerns, call today!

City Year is a national service organization founded in 1988 to demonstrate that young people in service could be a powerful resource for addressing our nation's most pressing issues. Over the years, City Year has been built on the belief that one person can make a difference, and with the vision that one day service will be a common expectation - and a real opportunity - for citizens all around the world. Key elements of City Year's program include cultivating a culture of ethnic, educational, socio-economic "inclusivity", and a lifelong sense of civic commitment among diverse corps members.

One of fifteen sites in the City Year, Inc. International Network and part of the AmeriCorps National Service Network, City Year New Hampshire was launched on October 11, 2000, as the first non-urban City Year site. Now in its fifth year, 31 City Year members will serve the state of New Hampshire and the communities of Somersworth, Seabrook, Nashua, and Manchester.

City Year New Hampshire's mission is to support the positive, healthy development of children and youth through the experience of service learning and civic engagement, so that they grow up as confident, compassionate, and active citizens. In partnership with middle and high schools, community and faith based organizations, civic agencies, and New Hampshire-based corporations and foundations; we provide innovative, out-of-school time activities that focus on community service, leadership and teamwork skills, and diversity awareness and appreciation. RMFCC is an early intervention program whose purpose is to help young children reach their full developmental potential and to support their families through that process. We provide developmental and support services for children with special needs, assistance to their families and assistance in the use of community and health resources. Our agency offers the following services:

Early Supports and Services Program
(ESS)Home-based intervention services for infants and toddlers (ages birth to three) who meet the criteria of the entitlement program mandated through the Individuals With Disabilities Education Act (IDEA); supported in part by state and federal funding . The criteria for eligibility are based on the child's developmental profile, established condition or at-risk characteristics.

Early Learning Programs -
Inclusive, developmentally enriched group experiences at our facility in Stratham or in other community settings. These group experiences provide children with valuable social opportunities that include developmentally appropriate activities as well as individualized educational and therapeutic support as needed.

Pediatric Therapies -
Play-based intervention for children (ages birth to five) who warrant therapeutic intervention but do not qualify for entitlement programs such as Early Supports and Services Program (birth to three) or Preschool Special Education (three to five). The therapeutic services offered include occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech and language pathology, and special education.

Parent Education and Support Programs -
Services provided to families either one-on-one or in a group setting that focus on a specific topic of interest or area of need. Current options include:
It Takes Two to Talk, The Hanen Program - Our certified Hanen instructors teach parents fun activities and interaction guidelines that enhance their child's communication skills. The program combines group learning and individual guidance to help parents understand strategies for developing their child's speech, language, and communication skills.
Parents As Teachers Program - Our certified Parents As Teachers (PAT) educators offer parent's practical ways to encourage learning, manage challenging behavior, and promote strong parent-child relationships.
Parent/Child Group Program - Our family counselor offers a group experience that supports families in creating social opportunities for their child, provides caregivers with developmental guidance, demonstrates positive discipline strategies, and creates a safe environment for families to network and gain support from one another.
